Aquarium At Chiang Mai Zoo Reopens
The Chiang Mai zoo’s new aquarium, which is Southeast Asia’s largest aquarium has finally reopened.
Located in Chiang Mai in the north of Thailand, the aquarium and which also sports the world’s longest viewing tunnel, had been closed for about three weeks, right after its inauguration on Oct 27, to fix some problems in the water purification system.
The aquarium houses about 8,000 aquatic animals of 250 different species.
